The tree of disobedience

Why is it forbidden to climb the tree? Because you get dirty, you get scratched, there are thorns ready to hurt. But I do not come down. This apparently playful gesture turns into an act of rebellion, a profound affirmation of my being. I cannot explain the reasons for my choice; my voice becomes firm: I do not descend. This is a fate that often accompanies women, a narrative that imprisons us: ‘I cannot’, ‘I must not’. Invisible limits are erected, a chorus of uncertainties that whispers to us that we are not enough-not beautiful, not intelligent, not present. And so, my story becomes a declaration of resistance: I will not come down from this tree. This tree is not just a physical entity; it is a symbol of knowledge, growth, life and disobedience. It is my refuge and affirmation. Here I find my identity and my thought unfolds, fuelled by the energy of light. Imagine then trees-planets, trees of consciousness, creatures that offer the possibility of elevation, of seeing reality from a different point of view, a point of view that for too long has been denied. Trees that girls could not climb, limited by conventions and fears. Yet, these trees represent an invitation to change horizon, to take a different view of life. As we climb, we embrace our deepest essence and rediscover ourselves, no longer bound, but free to explore the infinite possibilities around us. In this act of disobedience, then, we find true freedom.
