The ancient Greeks thought that there is a God within us, from the word “en theos” (pronounced: en zeos), and here he appears in all his erotic vigour, it is the moment of creation. It is not we who are creative but the God within us, and here he materialises with this form emptied of humanity and filled with an energy that comes out of the pores of his skin. The God within is ready to act is producing life or perhaps poetry and that is why these things become poetic and no longer belong to the usual language.
